Trevor Pearlman is a tort lawyer who the founded private equity firm, Tregan Partners, then launched Las Vegas development company Edge Group, which bought the Bourbon Street hotel in 2004 and sold it to Harrah’s a year later for $40 million profit. In 2007, Edge canceled its planned W Las Vegas Hotel. He owns this 19,916 sq ft home.
