The showbiz couple have quietly paid a record-setting price for a brand-new home in the exclusive Calabasas gated community "The Oaks".

The house was built and sold by StockCross owner John Gebbia and measures approximately 15,000 square feet. The Braxton-Herberts paid $10.5M for the property in April 2013.
