Agnes Moorehead's House (Former) (Birds Eye)
This is the former home of the actress, best known as the witchy mother in law on 60s TV sitcom "Bewitched". It was also once the home of film legend Spencer Tracey. Moorehead would thrill kids on Halloween by dressing as her Bewitched character, Endora. She bought the house in the 1950s and owned it until her death in 1974. As stated in her will, she left the house to her lawyer Franklin Rohner, along with the furnishings and personal property within. The house has changed several owners since then and has been extensively renovated. It was sold in an off market deal in 2017 for $16 Million and again in 2022 for $28.75 Million.

The current owner is Merri Jean Ross, ex-wife of financier Leonard Ross. Her ex-husband filed for bankruptcy in 2010, owing $3 million to Merri Jean, among other creditors. He owns the huge multi-home Beverly Hills compound that was for sale for $165 million in 2007. http://www.nypost.com/p/pagesix/horsey_hex_o1olbNL8KL7wdefJQ0SJBN
