Andy Wachowski's House

One half of The Wachowski Brothers, who are film directors, writers and producers, most famous for creating "The Matrix" series, owns this home. Their most recent project was producing, writing and directing a live-action adaptation of "Speed Racer". He purchased the 3-bed, 4-bath, 3,265 sq ft home in November of 2000 for $1,212,500, according to public records. His brother Larry's residence is nearby and also featured on this site.
