David Caruso does not own this condo jointly with his ex wife. He has owned it as sole Trustee of his family Trust since 2004.

The anonymous poster is incorrect. Caruso still joinly owns this property through a trust with his ex-wife as seen in the following link to Miami-Dade County property records.

Caruso's CSI Miami director also owns a penthouse unit in Il Villagio since February 2005 which he purchased for $6.7m.
