James Cameron's House

James Cameron is a Canadian/American director. He is known for movies such as Titanic (1997), The Terminator (1984) and Avatar (2009). He has multiple properties in the United States as well as in New Zealand, falling in love with the country while filming Avatar here. Starting in 2012, he has spent tens of millions of dollars on real estate near Wellington, New Zealand. He bought this house on Lake Pounui in the summer of 2012.
