John Paul II Family Home

Pope John Paul, aka Karol Józef Wojtyła (5/28/1920 - 4/2/2005) lived just to the right of the statue from birth until 1938 when he left to attend Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The house is perserved in its original structure and in 1984 it became a historic museum.
