This is the secondary residence of the makeup mogul and reality TV star, the youngest of the Kardashian sisters. She paid $4.5m for the house in August 2016 and reportedly uses its 5,000 sq. feet house as a guest property and as office space. The larger house next door is her main residence.
It was reported in 2017 that Kylie Jenner sold the house to John Schiavo, president and CEO of President and CEO of Otis Spunkmeyer, a food distribution company famous for its baked goods, for $5,275,000.
