Marlon Brando, David Carradine, Barbara Hershey, and Frank Zappa all have owned this home. The property is also the former location of LA Yoga IYI (Iyengar Yoga Institute) whose members included Stacy Keach, Tina Louise, Carole King, and James Taylor.
The house was designed by Paul Williams.
In February 2017, it was reported that the house was bought by Tony Cavalero, an actor and comedian who currently stars in the Nickelodeon series School of Rock.
