The actress, artist, and stand-up comedian sold this house in 2008. She is most known for her role as CTU tech analyst Chloe O'Brian on "24", which she joined in 2003 at the start of the show's third season. She moved to be closer to the Valley studios and leased this bungalow to Mia Kirschner, who played Mandy in seven episodes of "24". After Kirschner moved out in January 2008, she put the place on the market for $1.4 million.
