Matthew Perry's House (Former)

Matthew Perry is a Canadian-American actor and comedian. He is well known for his role as Chandler Bing on the popular sitcom "Friends". Perry also starred in films as "Fools Rush In", "The Whole Nine Yards" and "17 Again".He bought this new built modern house in The Bird Streets part of Hollywood Hills in late 2011 for $8.5 Million.

Perry listed the house for $13.5 Million in 2017 and was also renting it out for $35.000 a month. He then sold the house for $12.5 Million in 2018.
