Bill Dean's House

Bill Dean is CEO of M.C. Dean, a Dulles, VA based engineering company.

Dean paid $8M for the home, originally built for K-Mart founder S.S. Kresge. He has since put $32M in renovations into the home, making it the most expensive renovation in Miami Beach history. The home now has 11 bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms, 9 half bathrooms, a spa wing, volleyball and tennis courts, a grotto, and guest house that doubles as a nightclub.

In March 2014, Dean put the home on the market for rent for $200,000 a month.
