Clay Lacy is the founder and former CEO of Clay Lacy Aviation, a Van Nuys, CA based private jet company.

It was revealed in May 2020 that Lacy, who is a major supporter and donor to Donald Trump, was awarded $27M in government funding as part of the CARES act, a $2 trilion federal stimulus package aimed at supporting jobs during the coronavirus crisis. Of the 96 aviation industry corporations that received money, including major commercial airlines and regional carriers, Clay Lacy Aviation received more than any other private jet company, by far.
