Craig Conway has enjoyed one of the most distinguished and successful careers in the technology industry. He served as president and CEO of PeopleSoft, a company that provided human resource management systems (HRMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as software solutions for manufacturing, financials, enterprise performance management, and student administration to large corporations, governments, and organizations. In 2005, the company was sold to Oracle for $10.3 billion. Conway has also been EVP at Oracle. Other roles he has held are president and CEO of both One Touch Systems and TGV Software.

He was the protege of Oracle's co-founder and CEO Larry Ellison, who is the 6th richest person in the world.
