Dan Huish is the founder of Huish Detergents, formerly the largest manufacturer of private label laundry detergent and fabric softeners in the United States with sales of $1 billion annually and 2,300 employees. The company was bought by Vestar Capital Partners in 2007. Huish retained minority ownership and stayed on as CEO.
