Nathan Tinkler's house

Nathan Tinkler is an Australian mining magnate who owns Tinkler Group. He started out as a mining apprentice in the Hunter Valley, in New South Wales and set up his own business at age 26. By 2008, he was second-richest man in Australia under 40 years of age. In 2011, he became the owner of Newcastle Knights rugby league club team. In April 2012, Tinkler was worth over A$1.18 billion, but it has dropped significantly since.
