UPDATE: in March of 2016 the Zappa family trust listed the property for sale at $9,000,000, widow Gail Zappa having passed away several months earlier at age 70. Proceeds from the sale of the home are to fund a documentary about the infamous 20th century composer and guitarist, helmed by director; Alex Winter.

Zillow is an aggregate real estate site and not always reliable info (I know this from direct experience). It's also possible this is a brokered private sale due to the owner, so things like the MLS # may not be publicly available. Not sure, but the home is on the market;
