Isaac Perlmutter's Condo

Isaac Perlmutter is the Israeli-born billionaire head of Marvel Comics. He served as Chairman before he sold the company to Disney in for $4 billion in 2009. In the deal, Perlmutter (co-owner with Avi Arad), made $800 million in cash and $590 million in Disney stock. He continued as CEO of Marvel. Perlmutter was also the owner and VP of Remington Products, the razor and personal care company. He is the 230th richest person in the United States, and the 616th richest person in the world with a net worth of $1.6 billion.
