Matt McCoy's House

The actor, best known as Sgt. Nick Lassard in two "Police Academy" films, lives here part-time. His other motion picture credits have included the Curtis Hanson films "The Hand That Rocks the Cradle" (1992) and "L.A. Confidential" (1997). I remember him best as playing Lloyd Braun in 2 episodes of "Seinfeld".
