This is the house of writer/director/producer Oren Peli.
Peli used his own home in the film Paranormal Activity. He took a year preparing his home for filming by painting, adding a stairwell, adding and rearranging furniture, etc.
Sold in 2015 for $760,000

I drive by the house all the time, it looks empty and has a no trespassing sign in the window, I wonder if there keeping it that way incase they need it for #3!! ANyone know where the 2nd house is?
