Peter Copses' House

Peter P. Copses is Chairman at CKE, Inc. and Claire's Stores, Inc., Non-Executive Chairman at Claire's, Inc. and Senior Partner at Apollo Management LP and Apollo Global Management LLC.

He is on the Board of Directors at Rexnord Corp. and RBS Global, Inc.

Prior to co-founding Apollo Management LP in 1990, Mr. Copses was employed as Chairman by CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc. and Investment Banker by Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc.

He also served on the board at Linens 'n Things, Inc., Rent-A-Center, Inc., Compass Minerals International, Inc., General Nutrition Centers, Inc., GNC Corp., Smart & Final, Inc., and Zale Corp.

Mr. Copses earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with high distinction, and earned his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar.
