Philippe is a partner in the Transaction Support group where he leads the Divestiture Advisory Service Leader for EY’s Northeast Transaction practice. Philippe brings more than 15 years of transaction experience serving corporate clients and financial sponsors on both buy and sell-sides.

Nathalie was previously the CFO of Instinet an institutional, agency-model broker that also serves as the independent equity trading arm of its parent, Nomura Group. It executes trades for asset management firms, hedge funds, insurance companies, mutual funds and pension funds.
