Saleh Abdullah Kamel is a Saudi businessman, chairman and founder of the Dallah al Baraka Group (DBG). He is also the chairman of the General Council for Islamic Banks. He is estimated to be worth about $5.3 billion, ranking number 12 on Arabian Business list of richest Arabs 2008. Most of Kamel's business work focus on coded TV channels, trade and civil services.
