The CEO of Zillow paid nearly $20 million for this Brentwood Park mansion, according to the link below.

Previously, the house was owned by Michael J. Richter, the Managing Director of Lazard's Aerospace and Defense Investment Banking division lives here. Prior to working at Lazard, he was an executive with Jefferies & Co.

Before Richter, the house was owned by noted scientist and philanthropist Paul Terasaki and his artist wife Hisako Terasaki.
