Taylor Swift rented this townhouse, at 23 Cornelia Street, in 2016, for a reported $39,500/mo, while her Franklin Street properties were being renovated.

The townhouse later inspired a song, aptly named 'Cornelia Street', on her 2019 Lover album. The song is believed to either be about her boyfriend, actor Joe Alwyn, or her friendship with model Karlie Kloss, with whom Swift had a falling out.
