The world-famous American fashion designer and creator of the eponymous "Tommy Hilfiger" and "Tommy" brands sold this estate in 2009. He bought the property in 2005 for $18M. He previously owned a home in the area that he bought for $5.5M in 2000 and sold for close to his $8M asking price weeks before buying his other pad.
