This 2 sq km (200 acres) beach front palace complex belongs to the governer of Al Khubar who happens to the King Fahds son. As you can see there's a large personal berth, a helipad, stables, tennis courts and swimming pools along with a cluster of palace. The cost is in excess of US $ 500 million.
