Milton Stark never portrayed Batman. He played some minor roles in the series, starring Adam West. He was the husband of Judith Thomas Stark, who was quite well off financially through the sale of her stake in the James B. Lansing Sound Co., maker of JBL loudspeakers. She and her husband bought the old Stage Society Theater, renovated it and reopened in February 1973 as the non-profit Theater Vanguard.
Ms. Stark died aged 96 in 2005, Mr. Stark in 2016, aged 103.
The home sold for $7,800,000 in 2017 and will most likely be torn down.
