Benjamin Ferencz was an American lawyer. He was an investigator of Nazi war crimes after World War II and the chief prosecutor for the United States Army at the Einsatzgruppen trial, one of the 12 Subsequent Nuremberg trials held by US authorities at Nuremberg, Germany.
Ferencz was one of the original residents of the Bayberry neighborhood of New Rochelle. He and his late wife owned this home for over 60 years. After his wife's passing in 2019, Ferencz moved to Delray Beach, FL.
