Britney Spears' House (Former)

This is the home that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline purchased in 2004 for $7 Million. She listed it for sale after they separated in 2006 for $13.5 Million, and ultimately sold it for $10 Million in 2007.

The new owner was writer/director/producer Stephen Sommers ("Van Helsing", "The Mummy" franchise), who sold the house in the summer of 2014 for $11.45 Million to fitness guru turned real estate mogul Danny Errico.
