James Cameron's House (Former)

The film director owns this home. His writing and directing work includes "The Terminator" (1984), "Aliens" (1986), "The Abyss" (1989), "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" (1991), "True Lies" (1994), "Titanic" (1997) and "Avatar" (2009). He purchased the 5-bed, 6-bath, 7,692 sq ft residence in December of 2003 for $4.4 Million from late actor George C. Scott's widow, according to public records. Much of his real estate portfolio is also featured on this site. Cameron listed this house and the one he owns next door on the market in 2020 for $25 Million. He sold this house in 2021 for $8.2 Million.
