I've been really questioning many listings as being accurate. Whether it was or wasn't his house, Burt Lancaster did NOT die here. He died in his Century City apartment in Los Angeles from a third heart attack on October 20, 1994 at the age of 80.
The house in the south of France is listed as Bill Gates house. That's not true either. There are so many like this listing that don't give the exact truth. Please, make a real effort in doing your research before posting things that have no value.

Director Tony Kaye ("American History X") and his wife purchased this home for $2.5 million in 1997 and continue to own it and live there as of 2014.
