The creator of "The King of Queens" lived here until 2009. He took the 1963 home down to the studs and Los Angeles-based architect Robert Kerr created a home of wood, stone and glass. There is a formal courtyard with a fountain that leads to the house. A 2-story wall of glass looks out on a forest and stream. The 3-bed, 3.5-bath property has 2,440 sq ft.
