Vladislav Lyubovny, commonly known as DJ Vlad bought this property for $5M in 2021.

He is the CEO of VladTV.

Vlad filed a $4M lawsuit against rapper Rick Ross in 2008 and was awarded $300,000. Vlad said he suffered a broken eye socket, a broken nose, nerve damage to his face, cheek, upper lip, teeth and gums, and required seven stitches under his right eye following the alleged attack. Ross has always maintained his innocence in the matter.
