The couple purchased this home for a reported $21M from Kinka Usher, a director of television commercials. He also directed the 1999 feature film Mystery Men.
Usher built this estate, called Villa Tragara, inspired by the Alhambra in Spain. It is designed with a mix of Moorish, Spanish, and Italianate architecture.
