The actor rented this home while in Australia filming The Great Gatsby.

The home was owned by consul-general to Houston, Texas, Alastair Walton and sold to Huang Qiaorong, owner of Yonghui, one of China's largest supermarket chains. She paid a reported $36M for the home, which was on the market for 2 years. It is believed that she will be leasing the home to Liu Qiangdong, a Chinese billionaire who owns 10% of her supermarket chain.
