Matt and Cassey Topham won £45million in February 2012 in the Euromillions lottery.

The couple have had plans approved to demolish this 1930s mansion named 'Rainbow' which they bought for £1.2M.

Plans for the new estate named 'Serenity' include dozens of solar panels, a 10 car garage, and home theater.
