Ron Shelton's House (Former)

Ron Shelton is an American film director and screenwriter and former minor league baseball infielder. Shelton is known for the many films he has made about sports. His 1988 film Bull Durham, based in-part on his own baseball experiences, earned him an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. Some of his other most well known films are White Men Can't Jump, The Great White Hype, Tin Cup, and Bad Boys II.

Shelton owned this home from 2003-2013. He sold the home to Russian film director, producer, and screenwriter, Marius Balchunas (also credited as Maryus Vaysberg). Shelton served as executive producer on Balchunas 1999 directorial debut No Vacancy, which starred Shelton's wife, Lolita Davidovich.
