In the 2012 movie "Goon", rookie hockey player Doug "The Thug" Glatt (played by Seann William Scott) has a late night conversation at this diner with the rival veteran fighter Ross "The Boss" Rhea (played by Liev Schreiber). Rhea passes along some wisdom of his years to the young up-and-comer in one of the best scenes in the film.
