Tim Flattery House

Known as one of the most famous concept artists in film history, Flattery has designed the Batmobile for Tim Burton's The Batman, The Capital for the Hunger Games, Fantasticar, Seth Mcfarland's Ted, and many vehicles and weapons for the Marvelverse. Flattery is currently dean at his alma matter College for Creative Studies, and lives in this historic riverside loft, which is also his studio.
