1940's movie star, Veronica Lake, and her second husband, movie producer, Andre De Toth, rented this single story ranch style house in Los Angeles' Reseda neighborhood in 1951, after they both filed for bankruptcy and lost their Chatsworth ranch due to owing over $62,000 in taxes. Not long after moving into this home, Lake divorced De Toth and moved to New York, where she lived at the Martha Washington hotel and worked as a waitress in the hotel's cocktail lounge.

The 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1,017 sqft house was built in 1949 and sits on 6,496 sqft of land. It was last sold in July 2019 for $570,000 and was listed up for rent shortly after for $2,800 per month.
