The actor/comedian lives here. He purchased the 5,848 sq ft home in 2001 for $4M, according to public records. This is also the former residence of actors Eddie Murphy & Warren Beatty, as well as rock artist Prince.

Spade is best known as an actor and comedian, who got his start at Saturday Night Live. With a recognizable face, and several well loved characters, Spade managed to transition into film in the 90’s. In 1995 he had perhaps his big break, co starred with Chris Farley in "Tommy Boy". A film that went on to become a smash success. The following year he appeared in "Black Sheep" and his career continued upwards from there. Though never quite reaching critical acclaim, Spade has earned a comfortable living and made a name for himself. Other notable film roles include "Joe Dirt", "Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser", "Grown Ups" and "Grown Ups 2". He’s also a staple feature of Happy Madison productions, appearing with Adam Sandler in many films.

This home was in the news recently as burglars stole a safe from Spade’s home and made off with about $80,000 in cash and jewelry. Reports confirm that burglars managed to disable a security system at the 52-year-old actor’s home and were able to nab a wedding band that belonged to Spade’s mom. The actor wasn’t reached for comment.

David Spade is also quite the real estate mogul and has owned a number of extremely impressive houses in Los Angeles over the years. In 2013 he sold a house in Malibu for $10.3 million. This home in Beverly Hills, which he bought in 2001 for $4 million, is reportedly worth more than $20 million.

David Spade has laughed his way to an impressive net worth of $60 Million. While working on the show Rules of Engagement his salary was $150 thousand per episode. An impressive accomplishment for a comedian, his career is a testament to his talent.
