The Emmy & Golden Globe-nominated actor and comedian, best known for his role as Chandler Bing in the hugely popular television sitcom "Friends", lived here. Known as the “Pier House," the estate sits on 2.5 acres in the celebrity-studded neighborhood of Serra Retreat. Perry bought the house for $6.5 Million in 2005. He planned to turn the house into a rehab center but it was "too expensive to run and the business didn’t really work" according to him. Perry sold the house in 2015 for $10.65 Million.
