Currently owned by Robert Rosenheck and Cindy Capobianco, founders of Lord Jones, a luxury cosmetics company which infuses it's products with CBD. They sold the company in 2019 for $300M. The couple purchased Frank Lloyd Wright's Ennis House in Los Feliz for $18M, a record for any FLW house.
