Cameron Diaz's apartment

In December of 2013, Diaz shelled out $9M for an apartment in the Walker Tower, located in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. Cameron's relatively modest new digs comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a Crestron home automation system complete with iPad dock. And if all this sounds like a bargain, maintenance and real estate tax adds up to about an extra $5K a month.
