Liu Dejian is the Chairman and co-founder of NetDragon Websoft, Inc. NetDragon is one of the largest online game developers in the world.

Liu is such a "Star Trek" fan that he spent $100 million to build his China office headquarters in the image of the Starship Enterprise. The structure is reportedly the only officially-licensed Star Trek replica in the world after Liu bought the copyright for the USS Enterprise from U.S. broadcaster CBS.
