Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner's Rental Condo

The couple will reportedly be renting a unit in the newly completed Arte building in the town Surfside while they build their new home in the nearby Indian Creek Country Club.

Arte, completed in 2020, features both indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and fitness center, tennis court, residents lounge, and air conditioned parking garage. Units in the building range from 3,150 to 7,550 sqft with prices ranging from $7.9M to $12.95M.

The building's developer, Alex Sapir is the son of the late Tamir Sapir, who was one of the partners responsible for Trump Soho in NYC. Buyers at Trump Soho filed a federal lawsuit in 2011 against the Sapir Organization, alleging they misrepresented sales figures. The developers settled the suit, refunding the buyers 90 percent of their deposits.
