Karmin's House

The hip hop duo, which is made up of members Amy Renee Heidemann and Nicholas Louis "Nick" Noonan, lives here in Toluca Lake. The musical (and romantic) partners first found fame on YouTube before being signed to a recording deal and releasing their hit "Brokenhearted".

The property was previously owned by Debi Derryberry, the voice actor, who is the voice of the popular Nickelodeon cartoon character "Jimmy Neutron". She purchased the 4-bed, 3-bath, 2,378 sq ft home in April of 2007 for $1.45M, according to public records. She sold it at a loss to Karmin in March 2013 for $1.315M.
