Brian Singer and Matt Damon's House (Reportedly)

American actor Matt Damon reportedly bought this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, beachfront home for $22 million in October of 2020. Down the road from actress Melissa McCarthy's Byron Bay rental and and a 10 minute drive from Hemsworth brothers, Luke and Chris. The latter of whom used to be Matt's next door neighbor when Damon leased the $4 million abode directly next door to Chris Hemsworth's bunker-like property in Broken Head. That same property was previously leased to Chris' youngest brother Liam and his then-wife Miley Cyrus.
