The record producer and songwriter lived in this 10-bed mansion in the Los Angeles suburbs. Known as "Castle Pyrenees", the estate was once a 28-room hotel. On February 3, 2003, Spector was arrested for murder after the body of 40-year-old starlet Lana Clarkson of Los Angeles was found at his faux-castle mansion in Alhambra, California. Police responded to a 9-1-1 phone call from one of Spector's neighbors and discovered Clarkson, who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene. On November 20, 2003, Spector was indicted for Clarkson's murder.

Spector bought the estate in 1998 for $1.1 Million and lived there until 2009 when he was sentenced for second-degree murder. Spector and his ex-wife Rachelle put the house on the market in 2019 for $5.5 Million. The estate was sold for $3.3 Million in 2021, months after Spector died in prison.
